Most schools and youth leagues publish ICS subscription URLs — paste them into FamilyDash like any other calendar. For school emails that don't have a calendar feed (newsletters, individual event confirmations), the Pro AI email-to-calendar feature can extract events from forwarded emails.
Not automatically — FamilyDash-native events live in FamilyDash. The family share link is a one-way export (your iCloud subscribers see the events). If you want native two-way sync into Google or Apple, that's a separate feature we don't currently offer; most families find the shared view + outbound share link does the job.
